Signature Fundraising Events

The Columbia (SC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is committed, with our community partners, to help transform lives of the underserved in the Midlands area. Together we are building a stronger community for educational excellence and economic viability; reducing health disparities that lead to chronic disease; advocating for critical women’s and veteran issues; advancing HBCU initiatives and, lighting the way for tomorrow’s young leaders.

The Columbia (SC) Chapter has two signature fundraising events to help raise money for the causes and programs we support. In past years, we have proudly supported “Be The Match” National Bone Marrow Donation Program; Jubilee: A Festival of Heritage – Historic Columbia Foundation; SisterCare; Dress for Success Mentoring Program -Department of Juvenile Justice; Juvenile Diabetes Foundation; STEM Program for Girls at W.A. Perry Middle School; Links Signature Arts Program; Mini-Grants for Teachers in Richland School Districts One and Two; Mann Simons Indoor Interceptive Exhibit and Archeological Exploration; Burton Pack Elementary School Exercise Trail and G.E.M.S. – Girls Education and Motivated to Succeed Program at W.A. Perry Middle School. Most recently, we assisted students to attend summer academic, leadership and athletic summer camps, as well as awarded over $25,000 in college scholarships through Links Scholars.

Proceeds from our signature events will be used to continue the support and expansion of services for the underserved in our community. Click the links below to find out more about our Annual Golf Tournament and biennial Biennial Holiday Brunch.
